BluePool Computer Services takes great pride in the quality of its post implementation support that underpins all its solutions. We will also give support on a best endeavours basis on other IT issues that you wish us to investigate.
In order to meet your exact requirements, we offer flexible software support agreements. You can select telephone, remote access and/or on-site visit support.
Support is provided during normal office hours Monday to Friday. However, if you require support outside of these hours, this can be arranged.
To ensure that all supports calls are logged and monitored to make sure that they are resolved as quickly as possible, we operate a computerised Help Desk system.
We endeavour to respond to calls as soon as possible but within one hour for server down issues. You can be confident in the integrity of your IT systems because we will ensure that any potential risk to your IT systems while carrying out the support work will be minimal so that you remain fully operational and that we have a 'fall-back' procedure, if and where possible, to allow us to revert back to a working system in the case of any unforeseen problems arising.
